Recap:
A shocking turn of events has just unfolded in the final battle between Rhys Millen and Sam Hubinette at Formula Drift 2006 Round 3: Chicago. As the final battle begun, Sam Hubinette spun out. It was decided that a puddle on the course was interupting the driver’s drifting, so, a restart was announced and the course was cleaned. This time Rhys Millen spins out and it is determined that another restart is in order because of who was leading when they passed the initiation point. Finally, in a bold gesture, Rhys Millen (now second in points) conceded the win to Sam Hubinette, furthering Sam’s points lead in the series.
