Discount Tire, the official tire and wheel retailer of Formula D, has announced they’re increasing the Tires.com Triple Crown prize from $5000 to $10,000. “We are very excited to be in a position to support the drivers and series in this way. Formula D is a great series and the Tires.com Triple Crown is one more reason to follow it this year.” says Marcus Bolland, Discount Tire’s Formula D marketing manager. The driver that accumulates the most points from the Atlanta, Sonoma and Irwindale events will be this years Tires.com Triple Crown winner.
