By what it looks like Nopi doesn’t pin their K-rails together. That is soo dangerous. You can see the krail flip over! I’m glad no media was there.

It actually looks like the wheel was ripped off by the second k-rail, after the first one was pushed back out of the way.
I would certainly hate to have been standing anywhere near that 2 tons of concrete when that car hit it.
