Fierce door-handle-to-door-handle battles ensued through the final round between Kumakubo in the Team Orange Subaru Impreza and Yoshioka in the NOS equipped normally aspirated Droo-P Toyota Corolla until Kumakubo emerged victorious.

Ryan Tuerck and Tony Angelo headed back to their old stomping grounds last weekend for the first D1 Grand Prix Event ever on the east coast. Old Bridge Township Raceway Park in Englishtown , NJ played host to this historic event combining the top Japanese and US drifters in front of a large crowd of 6500 fans.

Team Mopar® drifter and two-time Road Atlanta event winner Samuel Hübinette will have some company this weekend as he looks to notch his third win at the track. When Hübinette gazes out the window of his Mopar Dodge Charger SRT8 drift machine, he’ll see Snake eyes — the Dodge Viper SRT10s of fellow Team Mopar drifters Chris Cook and Nick Hogan.
